The Association of Photographers is a non-profit making organization founded in 1968 in recognition of the need for group action to protect and promote the interests of photographers. Since its inception the Association's principal aims remain the same: to promote the highest standards of work and practise throughout the industry, and to protect and improve the rights of all professional photographers.

One percent for the planet
One Percent for the Planet is an alliance of businesses committed to leveraging their resources to create a healthier planet. Members recognize their respons-ibility to and dependence on a healthy environment and donate at least 1% of their annual net revenues to environmental organizations worldwide. The alliance aims to prove that taking environmental responsibility is good for business.
